What counts as a seat?

One user login = one seat. If three people on your team use Billable CPQ to build and send quotes, that's three seats. View-only access for executives or stakeholders is included — no charge.

Can I add or remove seats during the month?

Yes. Seats are pro-rated. Add a seat mid-month and you're billed for the partial period. Remove a seat and the next invoice reflects the change. No annual commitment required.

Is there really no credit card required for the trial?

Correct — the 30-day trial gives you full access to every feature with no card on file. At day 30 you choose to subscribe or your account moves to a read-only state. No surprise charges.

What about Salesforce sync — is that extra?

No. Salesforce integration is included in the base price. Connect your org via OAuth, install our managed package from AppExchange, and quotes sync both directions automatically.

Does Claude AI quoting cost extra?

Bring your own Anthropic API key. We don't mark up tokens — you pay Anthropic directly for whatever AI usage you actually run. Typical heavy usage costs a few dollars per month.

What does "Enterprise" include?

Annual contracts, SSO/SAML, MSA review, custom data residency, and a dedicated Slack channel for support. Reach out via the link above for a quote.
